Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced active communications headset with slim cups, built for demanding tactical use by police, security and military operators.
This Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced communications headset for demanding tactical applications. It is configured with a leather headband, memory foam cushions, green cups and the microphone mounted on the left.
In this configuration it is rated SNR 29 dB under EN 352, with H 32 dB, M 27 dB and L 20 dB, and NRR 23 dB under ANSI S3.19. Sound reproduction comes from SordinHEAR2, which offers four audio profiles, and sound level limitation holds the level at a maximum of 82 dB(A).
One AA 1.5V battery powers the headset, and a Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable 3.7 V battery is also supported. Operating time is 120 hours on a Varta Ultra lithium cell, with auto shutdown after 4 h.
The headset has been tested against relevant parts of MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G, is immersion tested and salt water tested, and is fitted with a factory-mounted downlead, TP120 type as standard, for connection to a PTT or radio.

- Waterproof construction — The headset is waterproof and immersion tested to 2 metres, the electronics are coated in multiple layers and the ambient microphones are waterproof.
- Slim cups — Slim cups fit both left-handed and right-handed shooters as well as wearers of eyeglasses.
- Noise-compensating boom microphone — The adjustable boom microphone is noise compensating, which gives good voice perception even in noisy environments.
- Dual protection — Dual protection with ear plugs is supported, with values for SoftEar and SmartEar Impulse combinations listed in the specification.
- SordinFLEX modularity — The SordinFLEX platform lets the suspension be reconfigured without tools, with headband, neckband and helmet-mounted ARC Rails or Rear ARC Rails models available.
- Low battery warning — Voice feedback warns when 10% of battery capacity remains.
- MIL-tested electronics — Applicable tests have been made in accordance with MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G, and the electronics include RFI protection.
