DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Products may be sold and delivered to Estonia, other Member States of the European Union and to other countries worldwide, subject to the availability of a suitable delivery method and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the User using the delivery method selected when placing the order. The available delivery methods shall be displayed in the e-shop before the order is submitted.

If no automatic delivery option is available for the User’s country or address, the User may contact Eurosec to request a separate delivery quotation. Eurosec is not obliged to arrange delivery to every country or region.

The Products may also be collected from Eurosec’s service point at:

Collection is available only after Eurosec has confirmed that the Products are ready for collection.

Upon receiving the Products, the User must inspect the packaging. Eurosec must be notified immediately of any visible damage by e-mail at info@eurosec.eu. Where possible, visible damage should also be recorded on the carrier’s delivery document or otherwise reported directly to the carrier upon receipt of the shipment.

Eurosec assumes that the Products will be accepted by the User at the delivery address. Eurosec or its authorised transport service provider may also hand the Products over to another person present at the delivery address who may reasonably be considered to represent the User, such as a family member in the case of a private residence or a reception or security desk employee in the case of an organisation.

If collection from Eurosec’s service point has been selected, the Products may be collected during Eurosec’s opening hours or at another time separately agreed with Eurosec. Current opening hours are available on Eurosec’s website at www.eurosec.eu.

If the User is unable to receive or collect the Products at the agreed time, the User shall bear the reasonable costs arising from the failed delivery or collection, including the costs of storage, return and repeated delivery.

If the delay in accepting the Products is attributable to the User, the User must reimburse Eurosec for the costs of sending the Products again.

Eurosec shall be liable for the destruction, loss of or damage to the Products during a delay in acceptance attributable to the User only where such destruction, loss or damage results from Eurosec’s intentional conduct or gross negligence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
