Aprašymas
A 29 l orange rope bag with a reach-in bottom and exterior gear loops, for rope access and technical rope rescue teams who carry and deploy rope.
This model #2 rope bag holds 1,750 ci (29 l) and is built to store, carry and deploy rope. It is made from extra long-life 1,000-denier CORDURA® nylon, with a rip-stop nylon top for easy closure.
Capacity is measured by firmly hand packing new rope to the base of the closure collar. It takes 200 ft (61 m) of 1/2 in (12.5 mm) rope or 250 ft (76 m) of 7/16 in (11 mm) rope; if you want it easier to pack or need room for extra equipment, choose the next size up.
Key features
- Reach-in bottom — The reach-in bottom lets the bag be used easily from both ends, so even a knotted rope end can be deployed from either side while it stays secure in transit.
- Side carry handle — A sturdy side carry handle, relocated for improved balance, makes loading and unloading from apparatus easy and includes gear loop attachments.
- Backpack-style straps — Contoured, backpack-style shoulder straps with an integrated handle give comfort when carrying heavy loads in the larger bag sizes.
- Inside grab handles — Grab handles secured inside the top hold the bag open for quicker stuffing, or carry it from the top, haul-bag style.
- Exterior gear loops — Exterior gear loops take carabiners for attaching equipment to the outside of the bag.
- Rope ID sleeve — A clear-view sleeve holds rope identification and log information.
- Sewn web loops — Sewn web loops at the base let you tie the rope end off internally or externally.
Typical applications
- Carrying and deploying rope for industrial rope access work at height.
- Storing and transporting rope for technical rope rescue.
- Loading and unloading rope kit from apparatus.
