MGRS® M2 Heavy Machine Gun Mount är utformad för att erbjuda en snabb optisk fästlösning till den tunga kulsprutan M2 (HMG). Fästet är utvecklat för den tunga kulsprutan M2 kaliber .50 (12,7 mm) och ger en stabil plattform för Trijicon MGRS under observation och skjutning. Under Picatinny-skenan finns en genomgående tunnel som ger tillgång till det ursprungliga mekaniska riktmedlet som reserv. Konstruerat enligt MIL-STD-810 G.
