Description
The Streamlight Wedge is a slim rechargeable everyday-carry torch for security professionals who want discreet pocket carry with instant high-output bursts on demand.
The Wedge pairs a flat, ergonomic anodised aluminium body with a rotatable thumb switch that gives tactile control over constant-on running and the momentary THRO mode. Its 1,500 mAh lithium polymer cell recharges inside the light through a waterproof USB port in the tail end.
Constant on delivers 300 lumens and 1,200 candela with a 69 m beam for three hours of steady work, while THRO lifts output to 1,000 lumens and 3,000 candela with a 110 m beam in 35-second bursts.
Key features
- Two lighting modes — A rotatable thumb switch selects constant-on running or the momentary THRO mode for maximum brightness.
- THRO burst output — THRO produces 1,000 lumens and 3,000 candela with a 110 m beam in bursts of 35 sec.
- Three-hour constant on — Constant on gives 300 lumens, 1,200 candela and a 69 m beam for three hours of working light.
- Charges in product — The 1,500 mAh lithium polymer cell with on board safety circuit fully recharges in 3 hours through the waterproof USB charge port on the tail end.
- Charge status indicator — A charge status indicator LED shows red while charging and green once the cell is charged.
- Sealed and rugged — The anodised machined aluminium alloy case with polycarbonate lens is IPX7 waterproof to 1m for 30 minutes and tested to 1m impact resistance.
- Reversible pocket clip — A removable, reversible pocket clip and a grooved case give secure carry and a sure grip.
- Slim pocket profile — At 13.87 cm long, 1.52 cm wide and 93.5 g, the thin body sits comfortably in the hand and in a pocket.
