Description
A mount with integrated night sights that carries a Trijicon RMR or SRO on 1911 and 2011 platforms, for professional users who want a co-witnessed backup sight.
This mount with integrated night sights is made for the 1911 make and fits 1911 / 2011 Platforms. It accepts all Trijicon RMR and SRO models and has green tritium lamps with black outlines, front and rear.
The integrated night sights allow lower 1/3 co-witness of the front post. The tritium lamps glow without a battery.

- Fixed rear sight — The mount with its integrated backup iron sight is a fixed rear sight solution.
- Windage by front sight — Windage adjustment for point of aim and point of impact is made by drifting the front sight left or right.
- Low-light sight picture — The tritium phosphor-filled glass lamps give a battery-free glow and a visible sight picture in all lighting situations.
- Daylight visibility — White-painted rings around the tritium lamps help the user see the sight picture in bright light.
- Recoil and solvent protection — The tritium gas lamps sit in protective aluminium cylinders with additional silicone rubber cushioning.
- Sapphire jewel cap — Each tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that helps distribute the light evenly and protects against puncture and cleaning solvents.
Typical applications
- Fitting a Trijicon RMR or SRO red dot to a 1911 or 2011 pistol with a backup iron sight.
- Installation by a gunsmith is required, as the slide must be machined; the gunsmith also sets the height relationship between front and rear sight.
