Description
Tritium night sights with a thin front post for Sig Sauer pistols, aimed at law enforcement users who need precise engagement at longer distances.
These HD XR night sights are fitted to Sig Sauer® P225, P226, P228, P239 and P320 pistols (Excluding P938 and P365), and suit pistols that come factory standard with #8 front and #8 rear sights.
They build on the HD night sight design with a thinner front sight post, giving a larger field of view for identifying targets and engaging them at longer distances. The front carries a yellow outline and the rear a black outline, with green tritium lamps at both ends.

- Thin front post — The thin front post (.122 in. width) gives a larger field of view for fast target identification and engagement at longer distances.
- Front sight acquisition — A glow-in-the-dark, photoluminescent-painted front outline combines with a subdued U-notch rear to draw the eye quickly to the front sight in all lighting conditions.
- Brighter front sight — The front sight has a domed sapphire cap that focuses the tritium illumination for a 2X brighter aiming point.
- Tritium illumination — Tritium phosphor-filled glass lamps illuminate the sights for high visibility in no-light and low-light situations.
- Recoil and solvent protection — The tritium gas lamps sit inside protective aluminium cylinders with additional silicone rubber cushioning, guarding against heavy recoil and harsh cleaning solvents.
- Sapphire lamp caps — Each tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that helps distribute the light evenly and adds protection from puncture and cleaning solvents.
