Description
Tritium night sight set for Glock standard-frame pistols, with a thin front post for a larger field of view at longer distances.
These HD XR night sights have an orange-outlined green tritium front sight and a black-outlined green tritium rear sight.
They fit Glock pistols: 17, 17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, and 45. (Excluding MOS Models)
A thinner front sight post gives a larger field of view, helping shooters identify targets and see the location of hits at longer distances.
Key features
- Larger field of view — The thin front post promotes a larger field of view for fast target identification and engagement at longer distances.
- Front sight acquisition — A photoluminescent-painted front outline and a subdued U-notch rear draw the eye to the front sight in all lighting conditions.
- Brighter front sight — A domed sapphire cap focuses the tritium illumination for a 2X brighter aiming point.
- Low-light visibility — Tritium lamps illuminate the sights for high visibility in no-light and low-light situations.
- Recoil and solvent protection — The tritium gas lamps sit in protective aluminium cylinders with additional silicone rubber cushioning, protecting them from heavy recoil and harsh cleaning solvents.
- Even light distribution — Each tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that helps distribute the light evenly and protects against puncture and cleaning solvents.
Typical applications
- Duty pistols for law enforcement agencies that need precise target identification and engagement at longer distances.
- Shooting in bright, transitional and low-light conditions.
- Installation by a gunsmith or armourer is recommended.
