Description
Green tritium night sight set with an orange front outline and black rear outline for Glock pistols, made for tactical shooters.
This three dot green tritium night sight set has a taller front blade with an aiming point ringed in photoluminescent orange paint, and a rear sight outlined in black with a wider U-shaped notch.
It fits Glock® models 17MOS, 19MOS, 34MOS, 45MOS, 17, 17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39 and 45.
The sights are not intended to be used while also running a red dot, as they are not tall enough to be viewed through the red dot window.
Key features
- Front sight acquisition — A glow-in-the-dark, photoluminescent-painted front outline combines with a subdued U notch rear to draw the eye quickly to the front sight in all lighting conditions.
- Brighter front sight — The domed sapphire cap on the front sight focuses the tritium illumination for a 2X brighter aiming point.
- Visible in low light — Tritium phosphor-filled glass lamps illuminate the sights for high visibility in no-light and low-light situations.
- Recoil and solvent protection — The tritium gas lamps sit in protective aluminium cylinders with additional silicone rubber cushioning, for protection from heavy recoil and harsh cleaning solvents.
- Sapphire lamp caps — Each tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that helps distribute the light evenly and adds a layer of protection from puncture and cleaning solvents.
- One-handed slide operation — The steeply hooked front surface of the rear sight assists emergency one-handed slide manipulation.
Typical applications
- Duty and tactical pistols used in bright, transitional and low-light conditions.
- Upgrading the factory sights on compatible Glock pistols; installation by a gunsmith or armourer is recommended.
