Description
A combined RMR® Type 2 Adjustable LED red dot and suppressor/optic height night sight set for Sig Sauer pistols, built for self-defence, law enforcement, military and competition use.
This kit pairs the RMR® Type 2 Adjustable LED reflex sight with a suppressor/optic height night sight set, giving the pistol a red dot and a co-witnessed iron sighting system in one package. The night sights sit at a height that lets the shooter see the iron sight through the optic's lens, so the dot can be acquired quickly and the irons serve as a back-up aiming solution if needed.
It is designed to mount to Glock® MOS pistols, Sig Sauer optics-ready pistols and custom optics-cut slides, with professional installation recommended; on this Sig Sauer pattern it fits the P225, P226, P228, P239 and P320, excluding the P938 and P365.
Key features
- Durable housing — The patented housing shape directs impact force away from the lens, adding durability.
- Clear, true-colour lens — The multi-coated lens gives wide-band light transmission, so target-area colour changes only minimally through the glass.
- Easy windage/elevation adjustment — Windage and elevation adjust at 1 MOA per click, with no need for special tools.
- Adjustable LED illumination — Side buttons let the user set the illumination brightness, switch between manual and automatic modes, and power the sight down for storage.
- Waterproof housing — The sight is designed to be waterproof to 20 metres (66 ft.).
- Battery conservation mode — In automatic mode, the aiming dot brightness automatically adjusts to ambient lighting conditions after 16.5 hours.
- Suppressor-height design — The increased sight height accommodates use with a suppressor or serves as backup iron sights for a slide-mounted red dot such as the RMR®.
- Rugged electronics — Ruggedised battery contacts and electronics are built to perform and survive in harsh environments.
Typical applications
- Self-defence carry pistols.
- Law enforcement duty pistols.
- Military service pistols.
