Description
A fixed 4x32 ACOG riflescope with a green horseshoe/dot BDC reticle for .223 / 5.56 flattop rifles, for professionals needing a magnified day and night optic.
This ACOG is a fixed-power 4x riflescope with a 32mm objective and a green Horseshoe Dot reticle, supplied with a thumbscrew flattop adapter in an OD Green finish.
Dual illumination uses fibre optics for daylight illumination and tritium to illuminate the reticle at night. The ranging reticle is calibrated for 5.56 (.223 cal) flattop rifles out to 800 metres.
Key features
- Dual illumination — The tritium and fibre-optic illuminated reticle adjusts its brightness automatically to the available light.
- Bullet drop compensation — The BDC and target-ranging reticle is calibrated for .223 / 5.56 and gives holds out to 800 metres.
- Both eyes open — The Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC) supports both-eyes-open shooting for improved situational awareness.
- Fixed-power housing — The fixed-power design keeps moving parts to a minimum inside a forged aluminium housing.
- Shock resistant — The optic is proven to withstand recoil from .22LR to .50BMG and passes U.S. Military drop test requirements.
- Waterproof and fog-free — The dry nitrogen-filled housing mitigates fogging, and the scope is rated to a submersion depth of -66 ft. (-20m).
- Multi-coated lenses — Multi-coated lenses maximise light gathering and give a clear field of view of 7°.
Typical applications
- Magnified optic for service and patrol rifles in .223 / 5.56 with a flattop upper receiver.
- Engaging targets at medium ranges using the ranging and bullet drop reticle.
- Round-the-clock use in daylight and at night with a self-illuminated reticle.
