Description
A fixed 3.5x35 ACOG riflescope with a dual-illuminated red horseshoe BDC reticle calibrated for .308 / 7.62 flattop rifles.
This ACOG combines 3.5x magnification and a 35mm objective with a red horseshoe dot reticle that uses the Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC).
With dual illumination, fibre optics illuminate the reticle in daylight and tritium illuminates it at night. The bullet drop compensating, ranging reticle is calibrated for 7.62 (.308 cal) flattop rifles out to 1200 metres.
The scope is supplied with the Flattop Thumbscrew Mount (TA51) and is built in a forged aluminium housing with a matte black finish.
Key features
- Battery-free illumination — The tritium and fibre optic illuminated reticle automatically adjusts its brightness to the available light.
- Both eyes open — The Bindon Aiming Concept allows shooting with both eyes open for improved situational awareness.
- Ranging BDC reticle — The bullet drop compensating and target-ranging reticle is calibrated for .308 / 7.62 out to 1200 metres.
- Fixed-power design — The fixed-power design keeps moving parts to a minimum for a rugged, reliable sighting system.
- Multi-coated lenses — Multi-coated lenses maximise light gathering and give a clear field of view.
- Shock resistant — The scope is proven to withstand recoil from .22LR to .50BMG and passes U.S. Military drop test requirements.
- Waterproof, nitrogen-filled — The waterproof housing is dry nitrogen-filled to mitigate fogging and is tested for extreme cold and heat.
Typical applications
- Magnified aiming optic for flattop rifles chambered in .308 / 7.62.
- Range estimation and holdovers at extended distances using the ranging reticle.
- Duty and patrol use in changing light, from daylight to night, without batteries.
