Description
A fixed 3.5x35 ACOG riflescope with a tritium and fibre optic illuminated green crosshair BDC reticle for .223 / 5.56 flat-top rifles, for professional users.
This ACOG offers 3.5x magnification with a 35mm objective and a green crosshair reticle whose ranging and bullet drop compensation are calibrated for 5.56 (.223 cal) flat-top rifles to 1000 metres.
The reticle is illuminated by fibre optics in daylight and by tritium at night. The scope comes on a flattop thumbscrew mount (TA51) for military-style rails.
Key features
- Tritium and fibre optics — The tritium and fibre optic illuminated reticle adjusts its brightness automatically to the available light.
- Bindon Aiming Concept — The BAC design supports shooting with both eyes open for improved situational awareness.
- Ranging BDC reticle — The bullet drop compensating crosshair is calibrated for .223 / 5.56 and supports target ranging for holds at distance.
- Fixed-power housing — The fixed-power design keeps moving parts to a minimum, in a forged aluminium housing.
- Shock resistant — The optic is proven to withstand recoil from .22LR to .50BMG and passes U.S. Military drop test requirements.
- Waterproof, nitrogen filled — The waterproof housing is dry nitrogen-filled to mitigate fogging in extreme cold and heat.
- Multi-coated lenses — Multi-coated lenses maximise light gathering and give a clear field of view.
Typical applications
- Magnified day and night sighting on flat-top service and patrol rifles.
- Engaging and ranging targets at extended distance with bullet drop holds.
- Duty use where the reticle must stay illuminated in changing light without user adjustment.
