Description
Three-dot tritium iron sights with extra height that clear a suppressor, for shooters of selected H&K® pistols.
These suppressor/optic height sights fit H&K® .45C, .45C Tactical, P30, P30L, P30SK, VP9 (excluding VP9 Optics Ready).
They are three-dot tritium iron sights with green tritium lamps and white outlines at the front and rear. The additional height clears the added height of a suppressor and lets the sights serve as back-up iron sights with the Trijicon RMR®.
Key features
- Suppressor clearance — The increased height clears the height of a suppressor, where standard height sights give no aiming solution.
- Back-up iron sights — They can also be used as back-up iron sights for a slide-mounted red dot sight, such as the Trijicon RMR®.
- Battery-free glow — The tritium phosphor-filled glass lamps glow without batteries, giving a visible sight picture in no-light and low-light situations.
- Daylight visibility — White-painted rings around the tritium lamps help the shooter see the sight picture in bright light.
- Recoil protection — The tritium gas lamps sit in protective aluminium cylinders with additional silicone rubber cushioning, guarding them against heavy recoil and harsh cleaning solvents.
- Even light output — Each tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that distributes the light evenly and adds protection against puncture and cleaning solvents.
Typical applications
- Shooting with a suppressed pistol where standard height sights would be blocked.
- Back-up iron sights beneath a slide-mounted red dot sight.
- Aiming in low-light and no-light conditions. Installation by a gunsmith or armourer is recommended.
