Description
Suppressor/optic height iron sights for Glock pistols, with a green tritium front lamp and a metal rear, for use with suppressors or as backup sights.
These Suppressor/Optic Height Sights for the Glock standard frame are made for pistols fitted with suppressors and also serve as backup iron sights for pistol-mounted red dots.
The front sight has a green tritium lamp with a white outline, and the rear sight is metal.
The sights fit Glock® models 17, 17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39 and 45.
Key features
- Increased sight height — The increased height allows use with a suppressor or as backup iron sights for a slide-mounted red dot sight.
- Battery-free glow — The tritium phosphor-filled glass lamp provides a battery-free glow, giving a visible sight picture in all lighting situations.
- Daylight visibility — The white-painted ring around the tritium lamp helps the shooter see the sight picture in bright light.
- Recoil protection — The tritium gas lamp sits inside a protective aluminium cylinder with additional silicone rubber cushioning, for protection from heavy recoil and harsh cleaning solvents.
- Even light output — The tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that helps distribute the light evenly and adds protection from puncture and cleaning solvents.
- Supplied contents — The set includes a front sight, a rear sight and a front sight screw.
Typical applications
- Pistols fitted with suppressors that need sights tall enough to be used with them.
- Backup iron sights on pistols carrying a slide-mounted red dot sight.
- Low-light and no-light shooting where a battery-free sight picture is needed; installation by a gunsmith or armourer is recommended.
