The housing is high-impact, super tough nylon with an unbreakable polycarbonate lens that has a scratch-resistant, gasket-sealed coating, and the unit is rated IP67 for dust-tight, waterproof protection to 1 m for 30 minutes and tested to withstand a 2 m impact; it measures 23.85 cm (9.39 in) in length, weighs 1288 g (2.84 lbs) and comes with a heavy duty strap included.
