Description
The Survivor ATEX is a rechargeable right-angle flashlight for firefighters and other professionals working in Zone 0 gas and Zone 20 dust hazardous locations.
This right-angle light features a low-profile bezel that stays out of the way of gear and equipment, and a lightweight, high-impact, rugged nylon polymer body that keeps weight down where every ounce counts. Its multi-fuel design is built around a rechargeable 6.2V, 1.5 Ah lithium-ion battery, good for up to 1,500 recharges, so it can be swapped between battery types as needed.
A rubber dome push-button switch is easy to operate even while wearing gloves, and a super-strong, spring-loaded gear clip grips securely onto turnout gear.
On high, it delivers 175 lumens and a 405m beam distance, running for 3.5 hours on the lithium-ion battery or 8 hours on alkaline batteries; low mode gives 60 lumens for up to 10 hours (lithium-ion) or 20 hours (alkaline). A flash mode runs for 5 hours and a moonlight mode conserves power for up to 15 days. The unbreakable polycarbonate lens and IP66 dust-tight, water-resistant nylon housing are tested to 2m impact resistance for demanding conditions.
