Description
The Survivor 240V AC/12V DC in black is a rugged, high-impact nylon flashlight with a spring-loaded clip for turnout gear, suited to safety and emergency-response professionals.
It runs in a regulated High and Low output mode: 175 lumens (41,000 candela) to 405 m on High, lasting 3.5 hours on NiMH or 4 hours on alkaline batteries, and 60 lumens (14,000 candela) to 237 m on Low, lasting 13 hours on NiMH or 15 hours on alkaline.
A dedicated flash mode runs for 8 hours for signalling, and a moonlight mode provides low-level lighting for 20 days of battery conservation.
Power comes from a NiMH 4.8V, 2.6Ahr, 4-cell sub-C battery pack rechargeable up to 1,000 times. The housing, base and battery are made from high-impact, virtually indestructible nylon polymer, fitted with an unbreakable polycarbonate lens with silicone anti-scratch coating, an IPX4 water-resistant rating and 2 m impact resistance testing.
