A 5-cell, 6.0 volt, 2.6 Ahr Ni-MH sub-C battery can be recharged up to 1,000 times, and the illuminated switch housing reports charge status: steady while charging, blinking once charging is complete.
The lightweight, impact-resistant nylon polymer case has a non-slip rubber comfort grip and an O-ring sealed unbreakable polycarbonate lens with a scratch-resistant coating; the torch measures 33.5 cm and weighs 0.59 kg with the battery.
