Description
The Streamlight ProTac HL Headlamp is a hands-free headlamp with adjustable head and hard-hat straps, delivering up to 635 lumens on its high setting.
This headlamp wears on an adjustable elastic strap around the head or on a rubber strap fitted to a hard hat, keeping both hands free for the task at hand. Its head tilts 90° for directional lighting, and TEN-TAP programming lets the user choose from three mode sequences: high/medium/low, high only, or low/medium/high.
On high the beam reaches 635 lumens and 8,500 candela out to 184 m, running for 1.75 hrs; medium gives 105 lumens and 76 m for 8 hrs; low extends run time to 36 hrs at 20 lumens and 33 m. Power comes from two included CR123A lithium batteries.
The body is machined from 6000 series aircraft aluminium with an anodised finish, rated IPX4 water-resistant and impact-tested to 1 metre. It measures 9.29 cm (3.66 in) long and weighs 187.11 g (6.6 oz) with battery.
