The ProTac HL 5-X USB is a multi-fuel tactical torch that runs on two Streamlight SL-B26 protected Li-Ion USB rechargeable battery packs or four CR123A lithium batteries, giving a free choice between rechargeable packs and disposable cells.
On the rechargeable packs it delivers 3,500 lumens and 51,000 candela for a 452 m beam with 1.25 hours of run time; on CR123A cells it gives 2,500 lumens, 37,000 candela and 385 m for 1.5 hours.
The 6000 series machined aircraft aluminium body has an anodised finish and a rubber sleeve for thermal insulation and a sure grip; the torch measures 23.65 cm and weighs 550g with the SL-B26 packs.
