The PolyTac 90 X delivers 500 lumens and 7,000 candela on high, with a 167 m beam and 2.5 hrs of run time on the two CR123A lithium cells supplied. A low setting of 85 lumens and 1,050 candela extends run time to 12 hrs for close work.
Multi-fuel operation lets the same light also accept one Streamlight SL-B26 protected Li-Ion USB rechargeable battery pack, so a fleet can move to rechargeable cells without changing hardware.
A high-impact nylon body, an unbreakable polycarbonate lens with a silicone anti-scratch coating and an IPX7 rating to 1 m for 30 minutes keep it working in wet and dirty conditions.
