Rechargeable nylon-polymer duty torch delivering 485 lumens, for police, fire and industrial users who want one light kept ready on charge.
The PolyStinger LED is a full-size rechargeable torch built around a 3-cell, 3.6 volt, 2.6 Ah NiMH sub-C battery that recharges up to 1,000 times. This version is the 120V/100V AC/12V DC PiggyBack configuration, so the light is supplied with its own charger.
High, medium and low modes give 485, 240 and 120 lumens, with run times of 3, 5.5 and 10 hours, and a strobe setting runs 7.5 hours. Peak intensity of 28,000 candela throws the beam 335 m on high.
The housing is super-tough, non-conductive nylon polymer with a non-slip rubberised comfort grip and an unbreakable polycarbonate lens with a scratch-resistant coating. It is IPX4 water-resistant and tested to 3 m impact resistance.
