Description
The E-Flood LiteBox is a lithium-ion flood lantern for industrial and emergency crews needing wide area lighting, supplied with a shoulder strap and mounting rack.
Built around a high-impact ABS thermoplastic housing with a rubberised impact lens ring, this 240 V AC / 12 V DC system runs on a lithium-ion battery. The lantern measures 28.4 cm and weighs 1.389 kg.
On high it delivers 1,500 lumens and 4,700 candela for a 137 m beam over 8.5 hours, while the low setting gives 350 lumens and 1,000 candela at 63 m for 20 hours.
Key features
- Two output levels — Selectable high and low levels give 1,500 lumens for reach or 350 lumens when longer run time matters.
- Long run time — The low setting runs for 20 hours and the high setting for 8.5 hours on the lithium-ion battery.
- Measured beam reach — Peak intensity of 4,700 candela carries the beam to 137 m on high, and 1,000 candela reaches 63 m on low.
- Water-resistant to IPX4 — The IPX4 rating makes the lantern water-resistant for wet working conditions.
- Protected housing — A high-impact ABS thermoplastic housing is guarded by a rubberised impact lens ring.
- Strap and rack included — A shoulder strap and a mounting rack are included, so the lantern can be carried by hand or stowed in place.
- Compact and light — At 28.4 cm and 1.389 kg the lantern is easy to move between work areas.
Typical applications
- Incident-scene lighting where a crew needs to flood a whole work area rather than aim a narrow beam.
- Utility and industrial maintenance in plant rooms, substations and other poorly lit spaces.
- Site and facility work during power outages, where portable area lighting must be carried in and set down.
