Description
Active electronic communications headset with a textile headband and memory foam cushions, built for police, security and military users in demanding tactical applications.
The Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced communications headset for demanding tactical applications. This version comes with a textile headband suspension and memory foam cushions, in Tan with the microphone mounted on the left.
Attenuation to EN 352 is SNR 29 dB, with H 32 dB / M 27 dB / L 20 dB, and NRR is 23 dB. SordinHEAR2 provides four audio profiles, Tactical, Comfort, Dual and Ambient off, with voice feedback confirming each selection, and sound level limitation is set at a maximum of 82 dB(A).
The headset runs on one AA battery, with an operating time of 120 hours on a Varta Ultra lithium cell and automatic shutdown after 4 h; a Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable battery is also supported. It is immersion tested at 2 metres, salt water tested and tested against MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G. A fixed downlead connects it to a radio, hunting radio or mobile phone.

- Single-battery power — One AA battery powers the headset, with auto shutdown and a voice warning for low battery when 10% remains.
- Dual protection — Dual protection is available when the headset is combined with Sordin SoftEar ear plugs.
- SordinFLEX modularity — The SordinFLEX platform lets the suspension be reconfigured without tools, with headband, neckband, ARC Rails and Rear ARC Rails models available.
- MIL-tested electronics — Applicable tests have been made in accordance with MIL-STD-810H and EMC-MIL-STD-461G, and the headset has RFI protection.
