Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced communications headset with active electronic protection for demanding tactical work, here in green with Rear ARC rails.
This Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced communications headset for demanding tactical applications, built on the SordinFLEX modular design platform. This configuration has a green colour, Rear Arc Rails suspension, memory foam cushions and a left-mounted microphone.
Attenuation for this configuration is SNR 30 dB and H 33 dB / M 28 dB / L 22 dB under EN 352, with NRR 23 dB under ANSI S3.19. Attenuation was measured on an OPS-CORE FAST CARBON HIGH CUT HELMET, M/L, and the Rear ARC rails with memory foam/gel cushions are an approved combination with that helmet.
The SordinHEAR2 audio system offers four audio profiles, Tactical, Comfort, Dual and Ambient off, with voice feedback and sound level limitation to a maximum of 82 dB(A). It runs on one AA 1.5V battery for up to 120 hours of operation with a Varta Ultra lithium cell, and the Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable battery is also supported.
A fixed downlead connects the headset to a communication radio, hunting radio or mobile phone, and the noise-compensating microphone keeps voice clear in noisy environments. The headset is immersion tested at 2 metres, salt water tested, and tested in line with MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G.

- SordinFLEX modularity — The SordinFLEX platform lets users reconfigure the suspension without tools, with headband, neckband and helmet-mounted ARC Rails or Rear ARC Rails models available.
- Dual protection — Dual protection is supported, with SNR:40 / NRR:35 printed for the combined use.
- MIL-tested electronics — Applicable tests are made in accordance with MIL-STD-810H and EMC-MIL-STD-461G, and the headset has RFI protection.
