Description
Active electronic communication headset in the dual-com version, with a neckband suspension and tan cups, for tactical users who need hearing protection and radio communication.
The Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced communications headset for demanding tactical applications, built on the SordinFLEX modular design platform. This version has a neckband suspension, tan cups, a black textile headband and memory foam cushions, with the microphone mounted on the left.
It is the dual-com version, with a dual-com downlead plug (Sordin 6 pin). The downlead is factory-mounted for connection to a PTT, radio or communication device.
Attenuation in this configuration is SNR 28 dB (EN 352), with H 29 dB, M 26 dB and L 21 dB, and NRR 23 dB (ANSI S3.19). The SordinHEAR2 audio system offers four audio profiles, and sound level limitation holds the level to a maximum of 82 dB(A).
It runs on one AA battery, with 120 hours of operating time on a Varta Ultra lithium cell and automatic shutdown after 4 h. The headset is immersion tested at 2 metres and salt water tested, and applicable tests have been made in accordance with MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G.

- MIL-tested electronics — Applicable tests have been made in accordance with MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G, and the headset has RFI protection.
- Dual protection — The headset supports dual protection, for use together with other hearing protection.
- SordinFLEX modularity — The SordinFLEX platform lets users reconfigure the suspension without tools, with headband, neckband and ARC Rails or Rear ARC Rails models available.
