The Midas Flare 5x is a fixed 5x prism scope for Picatinny-rail rifles and carbines, built around the illuminated APX3 reticle with a 2 MOA aiming dot. Its prism-based optical path lets it hold zero independent of battery power, with the reticle etched into glass, and the higher fixed magnification extends practical range further than the Flare 1x or 3x.
Smart Power Management automatically shuts the unit off after 3 hours without an adjustment and restores the last illumination setting when a fresh battery is installed, extending runtime between battery changes.
