2-12x42 first focal plane riflescope with AHMR2 illuminated reticle, for hunting and precision short to mid-range shooting.
The Helos BTR GEN2 2-12x42 is a riflescope with advanced fully multi-coated glass for enhanced light transmission and true colour across the field of view. An XPL protective coating on the exterior lenses resists dirt, oil and scratches. A 30 mm one-piece aircraft-grade aluminium tube is argon purged and sealed for waterproof, fog proof, shockproof use in the field. The elevation turret carries a precision zero stop, and both turrets lock in place: pull up to dial, push down to lock.
The AHMR2 illuminated reticle is designed for hunting and competition use, with a 0.3 mil red centre dot inside a 4 mil circle, 0.5 mil windage-holdover dots, and an elevation drop line from 1 to 8 mil in 0.5 mil steps, plus a ranging scale for a whitetail-sized target from 200 to 600 yd.
