384 × 288 smartphone thermal camera with manual focus and 50 Hz output
The Mini3 is the top of the HIKMICRO smartphone module range. It carries a 384 × 288 detector — more than double the pixel count of the Mini2 series — with NETD below 30 mK, a manual-focus 10 mm lens and a measuring range that reaches 650 °C. Frame rate is switchable between 25 and 50 Hz, so moving targets stay sharp. It is an Android-only module and needs a phone with at least 8 GB RAM to run at 50 Hz.
