Active electronic communication headset for demanding tactical use, with a leather headband, memory foam cushions and slim cups for shooters and operators.
The Sordin Supreme T2 CC is an advanced communications headset for demanding tactical applications, built on the SordinFLEX modular design platform. This version is the tan-coloured model with a leather headband, a left-mounted microphone and memory foam cushions.
Its attenuation in this configuration is SNR 29 dB, with H 32 dB, M 27 dB and L 20 dB under EN 352, and an NRR of 23 dB under ANSI S3.19. The SordinHEAR2 audio system offers four audio profiles, Tactical, Comfort, Dual and Ambient off, with voice feedback, and the sound level is limited to a maximum of 82 dB(A).
It runs on one AA battery with an operating time of 120 hours on a Varta Ultra lithium cell, and the Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable battery is also supported. The fixed downlead connects to a radio, hunting radio or mobile phone, and the headset has an adjustable noise-compensating microphone.
The headset is tested against relevant parts of MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G, is immersion tested at 2 metres for 35 min and is salt water tested.

- Short decay time — A short decay time restores normal sound instantly after a shot, while harmful sounds are compressed and harmless ambient sound is amplified.
- Single-battery power — A single AA battery powers the headset, auto shutdown is set to 4 h and a voice warning is given when 10% of battery remains.
- SordinFLEX modularity — The headset can be reconfigured without tools, with headband, neckband and helmet-mounted ARC Rails or Rear ARC Rails suspensions available.
- MIL-tested electronics — Applicable tests have been made in accordance with MIL-STD-810H and EMC-MIL-STD-461G, and the headset has RFI protection.
