Description
A rugged 1-8x variable combat riflescope with an illuminated first focal plane MRAD reticle and quick-release Q-LOC mount, for close quarters and longer-range shooting.
The VCOG 1-8x28 is a variable magnification riflescope built for close quarter battle and long-distance marksmanship, with a forged 7075-T6 aluminium housing and an FDE Cerakote finish.
Its red segmented circle / crosshair dot reticle is graduated in MRAD and sits in the first focal plane, so subtensions and drops stay true at any magnification; it has no bullet drop compensator.
The LED reticle runs on a single AA battery and the scope comes fitted with a quick-release mount with Q-LOC technology for Mil-Spec or NATO Picatinny rails.

- First focal plane — The reticle scales with magnification, so the correct hold can be applied quickly anywhere in the 1-8x range.
- Eleven brightness settings — LED illumination offers 11 settings: 2 night vision, 8 day and 1 super-bright, with an off position between each setting.
- Long battery life — A lithium AA battery is supplied and gives 633 hours of illumination at setting 6.
- Q-LOC quick-release mount — The spring-loaded, one-handed tool-less mount holds zero even if the knobs are not tightened and returns to zero after removal.

- Multi-coated glass — Multi-coated lenses provide clarity and light-gathering capability with zero distortion.
