Description
The Trijicon SRO is a pistol reflex sight with a 2.5 MOA dot, designed for target shooting, competitive shooting and general pistol use.
The SRO is a specialised reflex optic built for pistols, offering a wide field of view and a crisp dot that is easy to find and track in both target and competitive shooting. It combines manual and automatic LED brightness modes and is built to survive the rigours of slide-mounted use.
The housing is forged from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminium and anodised in Coyote Brown, sharing a similar electronics design with the Trijicon RMR. This makes it more durable than conventional red dot sights, protecting the lenses and electronics and standing up to typical pistol-mounted drops.
Key features
- Same footprint as RMR — It mounts using the same base as the Trijicon RMR, so it fits pistols already cut for that footprint.
- Top-loading battery — The battery loads from the top for fast, easy switching, using a single CR2032 lithium battery that lasts over three years of continuous use at setting four of eight.
- Lock-out and lock-in modes — A button lock-out mode secures the auto-brightness setting for everyday carry and hunting, while a lock-in mode holds a chosen brightness setting for competition and target shooting.
- Adjustable illumination — Eight brightness settings are available, automatic or hand-adjustable, including two night-vision-compatible settings for low-light use.
- Parallax-free sight picture — The large, unobstructive field of view is parallax-free and compatible with suppressor-height iron sights.
- Tool-less zeroing — Windage and elevation adjust without tools, at one MOA per click across 150 MOA of total travel.
- Waterproof housing — The forged 7075-aluminium housing is waterproof to 10 feet (3 metres).
- Required mounting kit — Pistols with a Glock MOS, Springfield OSP, Walther PDP or H&K VP9 Optics Ready slide need the separate AC32085 mounting kit to fit the SRO.
