These HD XR night sights combine a yellow-outlined green tritium front sight with a black-outlined green tritium rear sight, and a U-notch rear.
Fits Smith & Wesson M&P® Shield™ .40, .45, and 9mm, M&P® Shield™ Plus and M&P® Shield™ M2.0™ models (excludes M&P SHIELD™ EZ Series).
They were designed with the challenges faced by law enforcement agencies in mind, and the thinner front sight post gives a larger field of view for identifying targets and seeing hits on target at longer distances.

- Wider field of view — The thin front post, 0.122 in. wide, promotes a larger field of view for fast target identification and engagement at longer distances.
- Quick front sight acquisition — A photoluminescent-painted front outline and a subdued U-notch rear draw the eye to the domed sapphire and tritium front sight in all lighting conditions.
- Brighter aiming point — The domed sapphire cap on the front sight focuses the tritium illumination for a 2X brighter aiming point.
- Visible in low light — Tritium phosphor-filled glass lamps illuminate the sights for high visibility in no-light and low-light situations.
- Recoil-resistant lamps — The tritium gas lamps sit inside protective aluminium cylinders with additional silicone rubber cushioning, protecting them from heavy recoil and harsh cleaning solvents.
- Even light output — Each tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel that helps distribute the light evenly and adds protection against puncture and cleaning solvents.
