Description
A night sight set with green tritium lamps and a green fibre front sight, made for Glock small-frame pistols.
This night sight set fits Glock® models 42, 43, 43X, and 48 (excluding MOS models). The front sight combines a black outline, a green tritium lamp and a green fibre; the rear sight has a black outline and a green tritium lamp.
Fibre and tritium together give an aiming point that is bright in daylight and stays illuminated in complete darkness, and the fibre can be replaced by the user.
Key features
- Dual illumination — A specialised fibre finishing technique gives exceptional daylight brightness, while a tritium lamp keeps the aiming point illuminated even in total darkness.
- Replaceable fibre — A threaded retainer on the front sight allows users to replace lost or damaged fibre pieces quickly.
- Choice of colours — Additional colour choices for the fibre and threaded retainers are available, so the aiming point can be tailored to the user.
- Solid steel housing — The fibre optic and tritium vial are held in place by a housing machined from solid steel.
- Hooked rear sight — The steeply hooked front surface of the rear sight assists in emergency one-handed slide manipulations.
- Durable fibre — The fibre is chemical and heat resistant, and the tritium lamp is capped with a sapphire jewel.
Typical applications
- Everyday carry and defensive use with Glock small-frame pistols in changing light conditions.
- Low-light and night-time pistol use where a constant aiming point is needed.
- Installation by a gunsmith or armourer is recommended.
