The nylon housing and base are IP67 rated for dust-tight, waterproof protection to 1 m and have been impact-tested to 2 m, with an unbreakable polycarbonate lens carrying a silicone anti-scratch coating, so the light stands up to daily use in demanding industrial settings.
A translucent switch boot with an integrated battery status indicator gives an at-a-glance read of charge state, and a spring-loaded clip keeps the light attached to gear for hands-free use; this Magnet version is fitted with a magnet for hands-free positioning on metal surfaces.
