Description
The Stylus Pro USB UV is a USB rechargeable ultraviolet penlight for technicians and investigators who need 400nm UV light in a pen-sized tool.
Ultraviolet light makes leak-detection dyes, security features and biological traces show up, which is why the light is used for engine and HVAC leaks, for checking fraudulent documents and in forensic investigations.
The machined aluminium body carries an anodised finish, the glass lens is gasket-sealed, and the light is IPX4 water-resistant and tested to 1-metre impact resistance, so it survives workshop and field handling.

- USB recharging in-product — The lithium-ion battery is USB rechargeable inside the light and recharges in 2.5 hours, with a 2.5 hrs run time per charge.
- Charge status indicator — A charge indication LED shows red while charging and green once the battery is charged.
- Push-button tail switch — The push-button tail switch gives momentary or constant on operation under the thumb.
- Protected charge port — A water-resistant sliding metal sleeve covers the USB port.
