Description
A rechargeable multi-function work light for vehicle, industrial and maintenance technicians who need area lighting, colour matching and leak detection from one compact tool.
The Strion Switchblade combines cool white area lighting, 90 CRI warm white light for colour matching and a UV source for leak detection in a single hand-sized body. A 180° rotating light bar aims the beam where the work is.
Power comes from a Li-ion 2600 mAh cell that recharges in 4 hours from AC or 12V DC input, or in 4 hours from a USB source. The light uses the existing Strion battery, so a flat cell is easy to replace and the tool goes straight back to work.
A tail-end magnet, a stowable hang hook and a foot that stands the light on end free both hands, while the nylon polymer body and a lens that is impervious to the most common automotive chemicals suit daily workshop handling.
