Description
A compact rechargeable flashlight for security, maintenance and emergency-service professionals who need a far-reaching beam, three output levels and long run times in a pocket-sized body.
The Strion LED is a compact professional light powered by a lithium-ion battery, delivering 375 lumens and 12,000 candela on high for a beam that reaches 219m.
Medium and low levels give 175 and 80 lumens with run times of 4.75 hrs and 9.5 hrs, while high runs 2.5 hrs and the strobe runs 6.5 hours.
Key features
- Three output levels — High, medium and low deliver 375, 175 and 80 lumens, covering long-range searching and close-up work with the same light.
- Far-reaching beam — High gives 12,000 candela and reaches 219m, with 6,500 candela at medium and 3,200 candela at low.
- Long run times — Run times are 2.5 hrs on high, 4.75 hrs on medium and 9.5 hrs on low, and the strobe runs 6.5 hours.
- Rechargeable lithium-ion — A lithium-ion battery powers the light, so crews recharge rather than replace cells between shifts.
- Anodised aluminium body — The anodised aluminium construction gives a robust housing for daily professional service.
- Sealed glass lens — A gasket-sealed Borofloat high temperature glass lens protects the optic.
- Water and impact resistant — The light is IPX4-rated and water-resistant, and it is tested to 2-metre impact resistance.
- Compact and light — At 14.99 cm (5.9 in) long and 148 g (5.2 oz) with battery, it carries easily on a belt or in a jacket pocket.
Typical applications
- Everyday patrol and security rounds where a pocket-sized light must be ready at all times.
- Vehicle and machinery inspection in workshops, depots and yards.
- Facility maintenance and utility call-outs after dark.
- First-response tasks that call for a bright, far-reaching beam.
