A long-range rechargeable duty torch for police, security and industrial users who need a wide 800 lumen beam with a 438 m reach.
The Stinger DS HPL is a rechargeable hand torch built around a 3-cell, 3.6 volt, 2.6 Ah NiMH sub-C battery that can be recharged up to 1,000 times. High, medium and low modes give 800, 400 and 200 lumens, with run times of 1.5, 2.5 and 5 hours, and the strobe runs for 3 hours.
On high the beam carries 438 m and 48,000 candela, so the light fills close-up corners and still reaches deep into the dark. The head switch and the tail switch operate independently, so either one can work the light on its own.
