The PolyTac 90 X is a right angle light that clips or hangs on turnout gear, leaving both hands free for the task. This orange version is supplied with two CR123A lithium batteries and a Gear Keeper tether.
On High it gives 500 lumens, 7,000 candela and a 167 m beam for 2.5 hours; Low drops to 85 lumens, 1,050 candela and 64 m and stretches run time to 12 hours.
The torch measures 11.25 cm (4.43 in) long and weighs 122 g (4.3 oz) with batteries, and its multi-fuel design also accepts one Streamlight SL-B26 protected Li-Ion USB rechargeable battery pack.
