Three output levels and a strobe cover close work and long-range searching: medium gives 240 lumens for 5.5 hrs and low 120 lumens for 10 hrs, while the strobe runs 7.5 hours.
The nylon polymer housing carries a non-slip rubberised comfort grip, an unbreakable polycarbonate lens with scratch-resistant coating, IPX4 water resistance and 3 m impact resistance.
