The E-Spot LiteBox Power Failure system is a rechargeable spot beam lantern supplied on a 230V AC/12V DC charging rack together with a heavy-duty shoulder strap. Because it is the power-failure version, the lantern turns on by itself the moment the mains supply drops, so a plant room, stairwell or control room is lit before anyone has to look for a light.
On high it produces 1,500 lumens and 110,000 candela and reaches 663 m, running for 8.5 hours. Dropping to low gives 350 lumens and 25,000 candela over 316 m with 20 hours of run time, which suits long incidents and overnight standby work.
The 7.2V, 6,800 mAh lithium-ion battery has onboard safety control, recharges in 7 hours and can be recharged up to 500 times. A high-impact ABS thermoplastic housing, an unbreakable polycarbonate lens and an IPX4 water-resistant design keep the lantern serviceable in workshops, vehicles and outdoor sites.
