Description
The Double Clutch USB is a USB-rechargeable, multi-fuel headlamp with switchable spot and flood beams, suited to professional users who need adaptable, hands-free lighting.
Powered by a USB-rechargeable lithium polymer battery, the Double Clutch USB also accepts three AAA alkaline or lithium back-up batteries so the power source can be matched to the task. A quick twist of the facecap turns the light on and off, or changes the output from spot to flood.
On High it delivers 125 lumens, with a spot beam of 1,700 candela reaching 82 m or a flood beam of 250 candela reaching 31 m. On Low it delivers 30 lumens, with 400 candela reaching 40 m in spot or 70 candela reaching 4 m in flood.
Run time is 3.5 hours on High and 10 hours on Low from the lithium polymer battery, or 6 hours and 18 hours respectively on AAA alkaline batteries. The headlamp is IPX4 water-resistant, impact resistance tested to 2 m, measures 6.35 cm (2.5 in) in length, and weighs 105 g (3.7 oz) with the lithium polymer battery or 119 g (4.2 oz) with alkaline batteries.
