Description
The Double Clutch USB is a USB-rechargeable, multi-function headlamp that twists between spot and flood beams for hands-on tasks.
It provides High and Low output settings, each combining a spot beam for distance with a flood beam for close-up work, so the beam can be matched to the task at hand. On High it delivers 125 lumens, throwing a spot of 1,700 candela to 82 m and a flood of 250 candela to 31 m; on Low it drops to 30 lumens, with a spot of 400 candela to 40 m and a flood of 70 candela to 4 m.
Runtime depends on the battery fitted: on High output it runs 3.5 hours from the lithium polymer battery or 6 hours from alkaline back-up cells, extending to 10 hours and 18 hours respectively on Low. It is multi-fuel, powered by a USB-rechargeable lithium polymer battery or, as a back-up, three AAA alkaline or lithium batteries, and the box includes a USB cord and a rechargeable lithium polymer battery.
