Description
The Streamlight Bandit is an ultra-compact, low-profile USB-rechargeable head torch in yellow, giving professionals 180 lumens of wide, diffused white light for close-up work.
The Bandit is a lightweight head torch built around a 450 mAh lithium polymer cell that charges from any USB power source, with a red indicator while charging and green once charged.
Two white output levels cover both detailed work and longer shifts: 180 lumens for 2 hrs on high, and 35 lumens for 9.5 hrs on low.
At 36.8 g with the headband and 6.85 cm in length it stays out of the way, and the polycarbonate body and lens are IPX4 weather-resistant and tested to 2 m impact resistance.
Key features
- Wide diffused beam — The white LED gives bright, even light with less shadow than a spot beam, which suits tasks carried out close to the hands.
- Two output levels — High runs at 180 lumens for 2 hrs and low at 35 lumens for 9.5 hrs.
- USB charging — The 450 mAh lithium polymer cell charges from any USB power source, showing red while charging and green when charged.
- Protected charge port — A tethered rubber cover keeps the charge port closed while the lamp is in use.
- Weather-resistant build — The polycarbonate body and lens are IPX4 weather-resistant and tested to 2 m impact resistance.
- Very light and compact — It weighs 36.8 g with the headband and measures 6.85 cm in length.
- Clip and strap supplied — A visor clip, an elastic head strap and a USB cord are supplied, so the lamp can be worn on the head or clipped to a visor.
Typical applications
- Detailed close-up tasks where an even, diffused beam avoids harsh shadows on the work in front of you.
- Hands-free work for service technicians, warehouse teams and roadside assistance crews in poor light.
- Everyday carry in a pocket, tool bag or glovebox as a back-up light source.
- Workshop and site jobs where a low-profile head lamp must stay clear of helmets, hoods and eyewear.
