Description
Electronic hearing protector with a built-in LED lamp, designed for hunting and shooting, in Blaze with a leather headband and gel sealing rings.
This is an electronic hearing protector designed specifically for hunting and shooting. It has a built-in LED lamp in the right-hand cup for use in the field after dark, and an external keypad on the right-hand cup to control the volume of amplified surrounding sound.
This configuration has Blaze cups, a black leather headband and gel cushions. It is rated SNR 27 dB under EN 352, with H 29 dB, M 24 dB and L 19 dB, and NRR 21 dB under ANSI S3.19.
The SordinHEAR2 audio system offers four audio profiles: Hunting, Shooting, Focus and Comms. Loud impulse noise is compressed to a maximum of 82 dB(A), and the unit runs on 2 x 1.5 V AAA/LR03 batteries with an estimated operating time of around 400 hours.

- Battery management — The headset switches off automatically after 4 hours if no button has been pressed, and warns when approximately 40 hours of battery time are left.
- Slim cups for glasses — The slim cup design suits both right- and left-handed shooters and gives efficient attenuation even when wearing glasses.
- Gel sealing rings — Sealing rings made of silicone gel come as standard, and PVC foam rings are available as an accessory.
- Protected electronics — The electronic circuits are encapsulated in multiple layers of lacquer and polymer for increased robustness.
