Description
Credo 3-9x40 second focal plane riflescope with an illuminated red Standard Duplex Crosshair, for hunters and shooters needing one optic for daylight and low light.
The Credo 3-9x40 is a 3-9x riflescope with a 40mm objective, a 1 in. tube and a red Standard Duplex Crosshair in the second focal plane.
The reticle is LED-illuminated with 11 brightness settings and runs on 1 CR2032 battery, which is included. The housing is 6061 aircraft grade aluminium with a matte black finish, and the adjusters are low and capped.
Mounting is by 1" rings or a quick-release mount to suit the firearm platform; neither is included.
Key features
- Both-eyes-open aiming — The illuminated reticle uses the Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC) to give a clear aiming point that draws the eye for fast engagement.
- Adjustable LED brightness — The 11 user-selectable LED brightness settings have an off position between each setting to adapt to the light conditions.
- Capped adjusters — Crisp windage and elevation adjusters in 1/4 MOA clicks need no tools, and the caps prevent accidental shift.
- Multi-coated glass — Fully multi-coated, broadband, anti-reflective glass provides light transmission, true detail and colour with zero distortion.
- Wide field of view — An extra-wide field of view supports fast scanning, detection and tracking.
- Rugged aluminium housing — The aircraft grade aluminium housing with anti-scratch coating is engineered to withstand extreme conditions and tested to military standards and protocols.
- Easy-focus eyepiece — The diopter adjusts to the shooter's individual prescription.
Typical applications
- Hunting from dawn to dusk where an illuminated reticle helps in poor light.
- General-purpose rifle optic for medium-range shooting and target work.
- Rifles used both at the range and in the field that need a single versatile scope.
