Description
A modular day-pack in Coyote Brown for search and rescue teams, with organised pockets, MOLLE attachment and a comfort-focused suspension.
The Palisade 2.0 is a day-pack for SAR teams on quick-response operations and training missions, and its colour scheme and feature set also suit daily commutes and international travel. It has improved storage capacity, organised pockets, fabric durability and suspension comfort, and this Coyote Brown version carries an improved Shove-It Pocket containment system.
Designated pockets hold a helmet, gloves, a water reservoir, eye protection, a laptop or tablet, keys, a phone and a notepad, so the right tool stays within reach. MOLLE and webbing loops let the pack be extended for demanding rescue scenarios.
Key features
- Improved suspension — The suspension system is improved for comfort under heavy load, and the stowable waist belt tucks away behind the back pad when carrying lighter loads.
- 1000D nylon construction — 1000D nylon improves resistance to dirt, water, wear and abrasion, and the base is made from 1000D Tarpaulin for additional durability and protection.
- Hydration routing — The external water reservoir storage sits behind the back pad for easy access and routing.
- Shove-It-Pocket — The external Shove-It-Pocket has three adjustable straps for quick gear storage, and the deployable third strap improves gear compression and containment.
- Laptop and tablet slip pocket — A slip pocket at the back of the main compartment takes a laptop, a tablet or more water.
- Admin and valuables storage — The Personal Compartment, known as the Admin Pocket, includes a padded pocket for valuables, and the outer zippered compartment gives quick access to small personal items.
- Fleece-lined top pocket — A fleece-lined pocket on top keeps glasses, goggles or a cell phone easy to store and retrieve.
- MOLLE hook and loop system — The exterior MOLLE hook and loop system lets users add modular components or an ID label.
- Organisation and carrying — Five mesh zippered pockets help with organisation, and the top handle supports carrying and hauling.
