Description
12x50 rangefinding binocular with a built-in ATBR MIL reticle, for milliradian-based distance estimation in the field.
The Midas G2 UHD Pro 12x50 combines a standard UHD binocular with an etched, mil-based reticle in one barrel, so range estimation doesn't need a separate rangefinder. UHD extra-low dispersion glass keeps the image free of chromatic fringing, and the etched-glass ATBR MIL reticle stays in register with the target regardless of light or weather.
The reticle uses 0.2 mil markings spaced out to 5 mils either side of centre, giving mil-based ranging and holdover reference for precision mid- and long-range work. A separate reticle focus and reticle level adjustment, alongside the usual diopter, let the reticle be brought into sharp focus independently of the main image.
